We have scheduled
our second Charity
Crop for Friday, August 15th to benefit Autism.
The fee includes a free layout,
a goodie bag, make & takes, double Auction
Bucks, hourly prizes and a grand prize drawing
at each crop. Attend either the day crop from
11am-5pm or the PJ crop from 6pm-Until for
$25. Sign up for the crop with a friend by
July 15th and save $10 each...2 crops for
only $30! Autism research is a cause near
and dear to my heart. This past year one of
my nephews, Andrew, was diagnosed as Autistic.
A year ago he was reverting into a shell.
This previously outgoing little boy no longer
wanted to leave the home or socialize with
anyone. Even his own backyard scared him.
Now, after about six months in a special school
with wonderful teachers, he is social once
again and my brother has had to install security
devices on every door because he tries to
sneak outside. He turns four years old tomorrow
and is very much a playful little boy now
through the help of programs set up to help
him and other children with Autism. ($10
of every crop fee will be donated to Autism
research through Andrew's team).
Last,
but not least,
Auction Night has been put on the calendar
for Friday, September 19th.
The Auction will begin at 7pm and will be
followed by a free crop until midnight. Items
included in the Auction can only be bid on
with Auction Bucks, so collect as many Auction
Bucks as you can now.

mom and child to scrapbook together. Children
will learn about basic scrapbook/paper
craft skills, and mom can relax knowing
they’re using someone else’s
supplies. Projects will vary from layouts
and cards to altered art items and complete

- Summer Mini Album will include making
a chipboard album with 8 pages. We will
incorporate die cuts and stamping techniques
to embellish.

June 26 ~ 6pm-8pm ~ Power Layouts
- If you would like pages to
come together quickly, and still look
polished, you need to know how to “Power
Layout.” We’ll cover how to
“see the sketch” behind any
layout you like. Then, use a sketch, to
create multiple themed layouts quickly
and easily in one sitting. After this
class, you’ll be able to “power”
through 5 or more double page layouts
in just an hour!! $25
