Upcoming Classes to Remember:
(Registration closes at 5pm the store business day before the class.
Payment is due at time of registration. Scrapnesia reserves the right to cancel any class due to illness, inclement weather or registration of less than 3 people. Please bring your basic toolkit of a paper trimmer, adhesive, scissors and journaling pen to all classes.)

July 2010

• Friday, July 16th ~ 6pm-12am - Charity Album Creating for MOMAS Charity - On July 16th we will be hosting a Book-Making party. We will need as many volunteers as we can get to help the MOMAS group assemble these scrapbooks for this group of Special Olympians! We need volunteers willing to come out and help create special books for some really special kids. All papers and supplies will be provided. Please bring your own tools and favorite adhesives. Books are themed “I’m a…star, winner, athlete, pirate, princess or any achievement they may aspire to. Snacks and drinks will also be provided.

• Tuesday, July 20th ~ 6:00 pm - Cricut Club Meeting w/Evelyn - FREE to Club members, but you MUST register - Free Monthly meeting for Cricut Library Club members. Every month we’ll bring you tips and tricks to help you get the most from your machine. Don’t forget to bring your Cricut machine! ~ Free to Club members or $10 for non-members.

• Wednesday, July 21st at 7:00pm - Copic Markers Techniques Class w/Katie - Learn more techniques on how to use the amazing Copic markers with new teacher, Katie Cotton. - $10.

• Thursday, July 22nd ~ 4:00pm-10:00pm - Let There Be Mom Crop - Volunteers are needed to help in preserving a legacy for Marsha. Marsha is a 42 year old mom of 3 children. She has breast cancer. This will be a Book making party on behalf of Marsha for her 3 children. Please bring your favorite tools and adhesives.

• Saturday, July 24th ~ 6:00 pm - Cricut Glass Etching Class w/Evelyn - Use the Cricut vinyl to learn how to etch glass. You will etch a mirror in this class. $15.

• Wednesday, July 28th - 7:00 pm ~ Cards Class with Angie - Who's better at cards than Hallmark?? YOU! Oh, yes, handmade cards are all the rage, and you can do it, too. ~ $15

• Wednesday, August 4th ~ 7pm - Scrapook Journaling w/Evelyn - Does a picture really say a thousand words? Join Evelyn as she shares with you her passion of journaling your pages and the importance of telling your story. Everyone should bring at least one photo to the class. $15.

Inclement Weather Policy: During the winter season, we occassionally have snow or ice accumulation. Most of the time, I may be here even in bad weather. However, please be understanding if I have to close the store due to snow or ice. Also, I live in Spartanburg so on rare occassions I may be snowed in while weather here in Greenville is fine. Please call to make sure we are open when the weather is questionable.

Special Note: Currently our store only has one cashier, Evelyn. I have school Wednesday mornings, so the store opens at 2:30pm on Wednesdays. Other times, I may be running a little late or have an emergency causing me to leave. I will make every effort to open the store on time and not have unannounced closings. If you come to the store during one of the times we have had to close due to an emergency, please call me at (864) 541-7770 to get a status or call (864) 288-7771 and leave your name and number and that you were here while we were out. The machine will record the date and time of your message. A gift will be waiting for you on your next visit.
